Specialty Items:

*Plain focaccia - creamy, crusty, and topped with flake salt.

*Specialty Focaccia- French Onion and Gruyere.

*Specialty Batard Loaf - All the goodness of a baguette in a large batard. A crusty loaf with a closed crumb, it makes a great sandwich bread. Flavored with parmesan and rosemary.

*Honey Whole Wheat Sandwich Loaf - Made with honey and whole wheat organic flour, this loaf is ideal for sandwiches.

Baguette. Our take on a French classic, naturally leavened with a stiff sourdough starter. Made with locally grown and milled Virginia wheat.

Sesame Baguette.Our take on a French Classic. Made with organic bread flour, whole wheat flour and locally milled spelt flour. Topped with sesame seeds.

French Batard Loaf. All the goodness of a baguette in a large batard. Crusty loaf with a closed crumb that pairs well with just about anything.

Focaccia. Creamy, crusty and packed with flavor. Loaded with olive oil, honey, and sourdough starter. Our focaccia flavor changes every week.

Mahogany Pan Loaf. Slightly, sweet pan loaf, naturally leavened with a sweet starter. Enriched with butter and sweetened with honey. Mahogany loaves are boldly baked and have a tight crumb. Great for toast, sandwiches, and french toast.

Baby Country Loaf. A smaller version of our classic European style sourdough loaf. Made with locally grown and milled Virginia wheat. Light, airy, and crusty with a slight tang. Perfect as a table bread, it pairs well with just about anything.
