Shadowlands Cornish Cross Broilers are raised on pasture, never fed antibiotics or hormones, and eat bugs, grass, and a Non-GMO feed ration which rounds out their diet and keeps them in top condition.
Chicken parts are sold in the following quantities per package:
Breasts: XS, .40lbs - .59lb | Small, .60 - .79lbs | Medium, .80 - .99lbs
Thighs & Drums: sold in approximately one pound packages.
Wings: sold in approximately 1.5 - 2.0 lb packages.
